Julia Weatherholtz Band are from Rochester, NY. Formed in Fall 2021, they’re chasing a tasty blend of original and cover tunes ranging from blues to jazz to Americana, and more.

Julia Weatherholtz is from Virginia…and Virginia’s loss is truly Rochester’s gain!

She’s an RIT student who recently competed as a finalist at the Lovin’ Cup Choice Awards!

Julia Weatherholtz Band, formerly known as ‘Hot Soup’, is a Rochester, NY based electric R&B and soul jam band headlined by the Uber-talented Julia Weatherholtz, a locally popular singer who exudes shades of Amy Winehouse and Ella Fitzgerald. The band features experienced musicians who grew up playing R&B as well as jam music, and features guitarist John Carlo Pecone, guitarist/saxophonist C.J. Militello, bassist Casey McMann, and drummer Chuck Salvaggio.
