The Crooked North

The Crooked North has brought original Americana and bluegrass to Western New York for more than a decade. The six-piece acoustic group has played festivals, listening rooms, and bars across the region, sharing bills with major artists including Tony Trischka, Richie Stearns, Sierra Hull and Billy Strings. Known for their original songs, haunting harmonies, and instrumental chops, The Crooked North blends tradition and innovation create something fresh and exciting.

The Crooked North is Jordan Kleiman on bass, Jon Itkin on guitar and vocals, Ben Proctor on banjo, dobro, and vocals, Rita Harris-Proctor on vocals, Jude Panfil on mandolin, and Daphne Pickens on fiddle.
