Twisted Pine is the phenomenal genre-bending bluegrass four-piece from Boston, Massachusetts. The band's work is characterized by a deep respect for the bluegrass and old-time repertoire and an otherwise adventurous sense of what's possible. (Their March mashup of Bill Monroe and the funk phenom Vulfpeck went viral.) Among many festivals they'veplayed Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival, Otis Mountain Get Down, and won the prestigious band competition at FreshGrass at Mass MoCA. Twisted Pine's first full-length album will be released on Signature Sounds Recordings this summer.
