They’ve been playing authentic old-school dead music for 30 years (really, since they were 14). Their lead guitar player, Jeff Wirschem, has a genuine early 1970’s Jerry sound with his Gibson SG and Fender tube amplifier. On an 88-key piano/synth, Jeff Bouman plays electric piano, organ and space. His brother, Jay, sings lead vocal and drops bombs with his Rickenbacker 4001 through 4x10” and 15” speakers. Dave Adler holds the sound together with tight rhythm chords and vast pedal effects. Rounding out the band are two drummers, Jack Friel and Colin Gleason, who have spent years together crafting a Billy/Mickey give and take.It’s gonna be a full night of traditional Grateful Dead tunes!
